Destroyed City by failstarforever Destroyed City by failstarforever
Warming up my environments again...I really need to start improving in this area. This is a quick warm up...I will be making more solid fleshed out ideas later on. More of a practice piece for atmosphere, lighting...things like that.

Hmm...

It does look very good!
Makes me want to try backgrounds myself...

But...regarding the composition, there is extremely little of interest on the right of the picture.
To the left we have the characters and a big mysterious tower/structure crammed together. The counter-weight to the right is the mountain and a tree(?) that pulls up higher than the others.

I wonder if the tower may have been better on the right side?

Of course, the actual focus appears to be the sun at the center of the picture, giving the picture something peaceful in the surrounding gloom.
That may not have worked so well with the tower on the other side.
Hmm...Whatever. Beautiful work! :D

hmm I kinda like the fact that there isn't very much of interest on the right. It makes it more believable in my opinion
