Heavy Gunner

Uggh tired of looking at this after a while. There are tons of errors all over the place, however I didn't want to spend too much time on this. I'm thinking he is just a heavy gunner with some nice thick armor, and people have said he looks like a GoW fanart. I didn't intentionally make him look similiar however I can see some resemblence.
